Park My Share LLC, Airport Parking Club LLC and Soap Monkey Inc (together, “PMS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respect your privacy and we strive to continually provide the highest level of privacy protection possible. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, share and process your Personal Information when you use: (i) our parking facilities; (ii) our websites, including app.parkmycarshare.com, www.parkmyshare.com, and www.airportpc.com , (the “Websites“); (together, the “Services”). Personal Information is any information that relates to you, identifies you personally, or could be used to identify you.

PMS is a data controller with regard to any Personal Information collected from individuals accessing or using its Services. A “data controller” is an entity that determines the purposes for which and the manner in which any Personal Information is processed.

By using any of the Services and providing us with your Personal Information, you acknowledge that we will process your Personal Information in accordance with the terms of this Policy. We do not share your email address, mailing address, phone number, or credit card information with our parking facility partners unless it is necessary to resolve a customer service issue. We will share with these other companies only that Personal Information they require to fulfill their contractual obligations to us. These companies agree that they will not use or disclose that personal Information for any other purpose. We may have third party advertisers ("advertisers") on our site. These advertisers may use cookies to track general, non-personally identifiable information about the advertisements you have seen and types of things that you appear interested in. We do not share any Personal Information about you with these advertisers or other third party partners unless you give us permission to do so separate from any permission you provide during the registration process. Merger, Sale or Transfer of Ownership

In the event that ParkMyCarShare.com is merged, disposed of, or sold in part or in full, customer information could be one of the assets that are transferred and your personally identifiable information accessed by successor or purchaser.
